If there is ANY other option which one can choose for there internet provider service, I would suggest doing so. anonymous Extremely poor service!!! Frequent outages, poor download speed,extremely poor customer service. Management incompetent and rude. Offering phone service [give me a break] Dial up is slow but a heck of a lot more reliable! Satisfied I have nothing but good to say about this company. They are a small company trying to make a difference in the rual market. The management team is very nice and went out of their way to get me connected. The installation and setup fee I thought was fair. Was cheaper than Satellite Installation and Setup and monthly fees were cheaper also. Customer When i was able to reach the people at Community Wireless they were always nice to me; however, getting someone to return your call or even getting through to someone is a major hassle. The reliability of the connection has been terrible. I can not be sure, but i think the technology is fine. Its the equipment at the towers or the folks who maintain it. I seldom get a consistent connection and i am constantly having problems with it. If i had any other choice i would drop them. I really do not enjoy writing a bad review, but i feel others should know before they spend the money to install the equipment. Community Wireless has serious service problems and until that is resolved i believe their quality will continue to be poor. annoyed Terrible service. They just did an bandwidth upgrade and still cannot provice the basic service they offer. What a joke of an ISP. I would stay FAR FAR away from these guys.
